Nanofactory block diagram

I just compiled my knowledge about nanofactories into this block diagram.
Any thoughts? ( You can open and edit the attached *.graphml file with the closed java freeware program yEd - here: http://www.yworks.com/en/products/yfiles/yed/ )

Related to this quite some time ago I extracted this flow-chart out of the minimal toolset paper:

In the diagram above this chart corresponds to the points:

• moiety preparation
• moiety routing
• tooltip cycle

This is only the most minimal toolset. You can begin to see the complexity here.
The red ones are rate limiting gas pase steps which still need better solutions.
Note that I had to decide for a lot of tradeoffs in this visualisation.
It is thus far from perfect and definitely improvable.

Seems something broke with the forums database.
The *.png image file is no longer loadable here.

Seems the *.graphml became inacessible too.

Hmm … I can reupload the image screencap but not the *.graphml.

The file extension is invalid.
*.svg is blocked too.
